There are two Google locations and two ( soon to be one ) Nuskin locations.

Ournewskingroup Database
This database is for all people we know, have met or hear about. This is the dumping ground for everyone, even those not interested. This is key for two reasons. a) we dont want to forget someone, b) someone is not yet interested but we havent reached 7 contacts. This database can be sorted by any field at any time.

Person Cards
Person cards are our pool of prospects. This includes everyone that is worth adding notes to. These cards are the primary location for warm and hot contacts. This is key for one reason : people love to be reminded where the discussion left off, they feel valued, and this card summarizes all prospect interactions with contact notes. These cards are easily searched from our cell phones.

OPS database
This is the Nuskin online database. It has two functions : a) automatic followup with notification, and b) emailing links to approved videos and documents which includes notification. Today this is not easily searchable via cell phone or computer.
